deploy_revision resource has bad name

When you have:

deploy_revision "snakes" do
end

And you then want to have a resource subscribe to it:

service "foo" do
  subscribe :run, resources(:deploy_revision => "snakes")
end

This is fixed in adamhjk/~~CHEF-1321~~.

We cannot ship this until Chef 0.10.0 - it breaks back-compat.
