Extend knife bootstrap to support templates

Description

knife should be able to support flavors of bootstrap so that ubuntu/rhel/cent/whatever can be supported.

Ian, can you add some specs for this? I realize there weren't any to start with, but everything that doesn't have tests gets broken on accident and generally causes trouble. I've got some ideas on how to test this, so hit me up on IRC if you have any questions or get stuck on something.

Daniel, I think I got enough specs to cover what we talked about over the weekend.. my commit is here:

I've tested it pretty thoroughly on my machine and all the specs pass. Let me know if you think there's anything else that should be tested.
