Teach knife ssh tmux not to craete empty windows and to keep separate invocations in separate tmux sessions

Description

knife ssh role:something tmux currently results in a tmux session with an empty window along with the ssh sessions. Also, a second knife ssh role:other tmux invoked in a separate terminal will join the windows into a single tmux session. This is confusing and different from the way knife ssh screen behaves.
