Don't show attributes the user shouldn't edit in knife node edit

Description

Knife node edit should not show default, override, or automatic attributes by default. They are largely just noise, and editing them has no effect anyway.

Merged: https://github.com/opscode/chef/commit/60d28c312c6dafa4511c064ce290fc1a0cb8e3d2 Looks like a decent pattern to modularize the knife code instead of vomiting functions into one namespace, too.
