depoy resource: number of releases kept should be configurable

Description

Currently the default number of releases kept by the deploy resources is 5. you should be able to override this value using a resource attribute. In Capistrano this config value is called keep_releases.

I would like to take a crack at fixing this as it would be a nice feature for our integration server to keep more than 5 releases.
