Unable to delete cookbook with '+' character in name

I'm able to successfully upload a cookbook with the name "c++2010", but I'm not able to use it.

I can see the cookbook in the list of cookbooks using

~$ knife cookbook list
c++2010 0.0.1

I'm unable to delete the cookbook:

$ knife cookbook delete 'c++2010'
ERROR: Cannot find a cookbook named c++2010 to delete

$ knife cookbook bulk delete '^c.*2010'
All versions of the following cookbooks will be deleted:

c++2010

Do you really want to delete these cookbooks? (Y/N) Y

ERROR: The object you are looking for could not be found
Response: Cannot find a cookbook named c++2010

Also the WebUI shows the 'c++2010' cookbook in its list, but when selected it returns the message:

404 "Not Found"
