init script should allow not to have a log location

Description

When using the method described in CHEF-273 the daemon does not log to syslog because of the -L option. The $LOGFILE variable is sourced from /etc/default/chef

Please allow the daemon not to have -L specified if $LOGFILE is empty. Patch is attached.
