Description

This removes RDOC as an option (as well as the command line option in general) for generating a README. The plugin will always create a markdown file instead.

With github-flavored-markdown, it makes sense to exclusively allow READMEs in md format.

We think it's premature to remove rdoc support for the README. While we all prefer markdown and like it to be the default, we don't want to remove an existing feature that some users may prefer without a better use case or reason.
