Typo in the CONTRUBUTING file

The default CONTRIBUTING file reads:

...otherwise make updates documentation in the README.

I believe is should be:

...otherwise make updates to documentation in the README.

This is merged. Nice catch .

Closing since it affects all cookbooks and doesn't change any code.

By "doesn't change any code" I of course mean, "doesn't warrant a release of every cookbook."
