apache2 mod_status should allow enabling ExtendedStatus by attribute

Description

Since mod_status by default only provides a small amount of detail, sometimes a monitoring tool wants to consume more, such as TotalAccess counts.

This can be enabled by turning on ExtendedStatus in the base config of the module, and should be controlled via an attribute.
