Description

Allow nginx to be installed from the nginx repo. This allows newer versions of nginx to be installed from package on RHEL.

Couple things:

1. Nick Rycar needs to be added to the Blue Box CCLA.

2. The repo_source attribute is less general than it could be. We felt it would be awesome to allow for any supported platform to be able to make use of the upstream Nginx.org packages, so something that is cross-platform would be great here. Something like, "node['nginx']['upstream_repository']", set based on platform. The "repo" recipe would then be extended to support yum_repository or apt_repository, but we can do that under another ticket.

Indeed! I'll see if I can't at least pretty up the naming conventions now to make life easier later. I'll ping my folks internally to see who holds the keys to the company CCLA.
