gather scheduled job information

It would be useful if Ohai knew about all scheduled jobs on a given machine. For instance on Linux, every "at" job, and every "cron" job. Besides the obvious time/recurrence/script path information, it would also be beneficial to know how the job was to be invoked. For instance, cron scripts can be invoked from user cron directories, from /etc/cron.d, from anacron, etc. Other metadata regarding the job would also be useful, such as the execution environment, the invoking user, etc.
