Description

Use Bundler to simplify development process.

Bundler completely supercedes jeweler, and allows to start development using simple

bundle install

We don't want to add bundler as a build dependency.

How about including the Gemfile so you can use bundler to create a dependency bundle?

bundler is development only dependency. this is not required on later steps including packaging.

Commit bea831 changes the Rakefile to require bundler to build and install a gem, which we'd like to avoid.
